Users can download the application, provide some basic information about themselves, and the platform will automatically connect them with a trained peer mentor who shares similar lived experiences. These mentors are qualified through training programs led by prominent support non-profits and agencies, ensuring connections rooted in genuine understanding and shared backgrounds.

Upon establishing a connection, users have the ability to communicate directly with their peer mentor via in-app messaging. This feature facilitates open dialogue, enabling individuals to share their personal experiences, inquire about their mentor's perspective, and explore relevant resources or services that may support their well-being.
